(BIVN) – There were 4,464 new cases of COVID-19 identified in the State of Hawaiʻi this week, an increase from the 4,381 reported last week. Of that number, 519 new cases were identified on Hawaiʻi island, a slight uptick from the 516 cases reported the week before.
The average test positivity rate on Hawaiʻi island this week was 11.3%, down from the 12.5% reported the week before.
The Hawaiʻi Department of Health reported eleven (11) deaths with COVID-19 this week.
