(BIVN) – Lanny Sinkin, on behalf of the Temple Of Lono, presented the final, oral argument to the Hawaii Board of Land and Natural Resources on Wednesday in Hilo.
Following Sinkin’s testimony, Kahuna Frank Tamehameha Kamealoha Anuumealani Nobriga spoke to the board, and the crowd assembled in the Naniloa Hotel Crown Room, in defense of religious practices.
The day-long hearing concluded with no decision on the UH application for the CDUP. The BLNR will issue its decision at a later date.
