First we hear from Kevin, a man who had been living at Old Kona Airport and who now has a bed at the Emergency Shelter next to the Friendly Place.
Then we revisit Lance Niimi, Hawaii County’s assistant housing administrator, who has been helping the security team at Camp Kikaha.
