Media release from Pahoa Regional Town Center Steering Committee
The Pahoa Regional Town Center Steering Committee and Working Groups will host the second in a series of Pahoa Town community meetings updating area residents on the progress of the Pahoa Plan effort which was launched in March of this year. An extension of the Puna Community Development Plan, the Pahoa Plan is a community-inspired and community-created development plan specifically for Pahoa.
The upcoming public meeting will be held at the Pahoa Neighborhood/Community Center on Tuesday, October 23rd from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
The results from the Pahoa Survey and the Pahoa Town property owner questionnaire will be discussed, and an optional interactive poll will be available to those attending the meeting.
Your attendance and participation are important as the planning for Pahoa moves forward. All members of the planning group for the Pahoa Plan are volunteers from our community.
