The long awaited, $6 million well was dedicated in July… Big Island Video News was present for the celebration (right). Even then, folks seemed skeptical on wether or not all the issues concerning the use of the spigots had been ironed out.
This week, the Hawaii County Department of Water Supply issued an Information and Frequently Asked Questions sheet on the matter (below).
