The police representatives will only be addressing safety issues specific to
Downtown Hilo. Come ask questions about nighttime activities/lighting, breakins,
vandalism, homeless and vagrant people, juvenile delinquency, substance
abuse and dealing, shoplifting loss prevention, and other security issues.
