Parade through Pahoa celebrates Hawaii state basketball champs

Pahoa, Hawaii –The town of Pahoa was color coordinated for Green-and-White Day this Saturday. The parade honored the Pahoa High School boys basketball team, who won the state Division II championship on March 6 in Honolulu.
Team members, coaches and cheerleaders rode along the parade route in classic cars.
The Daggers became the first Big Island team ever to win a state Division II championship.
